Thank you for your feedback. It is sad to hear that the DVD is having poor quality. We believe in providing the best quality to our customers. However there are very rare cases when we receive non satisfactory responses due to technology mismatch or some other unknown reasons. It is one out of thousands cases when our customers receive low quality product.
